Crisis Communication


When your organization has a crisis, all your efforts at building your reputation can evaporate over night if you mishandle your response. We work with you to put in place an entire plan, so that if a crisis takes place, you have a process for addressing it and dealing with the media.  We will work with you so that everyone in your organization will know in advance who has the authority to speak, how to get your spokespersons before the media and how to take an affirmative set of steps so that your organization is still respected when the crisis is over.  Without a plan, your organization can effectively be over.
